Puncture Repairs
Punctures fixed fast — and done right
Picked up a nail or noticed a slow puncture? Don't rush out and buy a new tyre just yet. Where it's safe and legal to do so, a proper puncture repair is quicker, cheaper and just as safe — and we can usually do it while you wait.
Repairs typically far less than a new tyre

A proper repair, not a temporary plug
We repair punctures to the British Standard (BS AU 159), which means removing the tyre from the wheel, inspecting it inside and out, and fitting a combined plug-and-patch from the inside. That's the only repair method that's genuinely safe and legal — and it's how we do every one.
External 'string' plugs might get you home, but they're not a permanent fix. We do the job properly so you can trust the tyre at motorway speed.
When a puncture can — and can't — be repaired
Not every puncture is repairable. Damage to the sidewall or shoulder, a tyre that's been driven on flat, or a hole that's too large all mean the tyre needs replacing for your safety. We'll always inspect first and give you a straight answer.
If it can be repaired, great — you'll save money. If it can't, we'll show you why and sort a new or quality used tyre on the spot. Either way you'll drive away safe and legal.
